Ernie Ball at NAMM 2009
When you think about slinky strings and guitar maintenance, one of the few companies that come to mind is Ernie Ball. From strings to machine head winders, they've got you covered. In NAMM 2009, they have introduced the new hermetically sealed Eagle packaging which keeps them lasting longer so now you can buy as many packs as you want for storage. The Ernie Ball guys also have some nifty costumes on.

My attempt of Pirates of the Carribean
Hey guys,
They were having a "Pirates of the Carribean" movie marathon and the soundtrack is stuck in my head. So I decided to play on my guitar. With some background instruments it may end up as a radio jingle.

Namm 2009 Taylor Solidbody
Hey dudes,
As you know, the Winter NAMM 2009 has just finished and there are tons of new products released. Here is one from Taylor guitars. Following up on last year's Taylor Solidbody guitar, which was absolutely beautiful, they have followed up this year with the ingenius pickguard swapping system which allows modding your guitar without soldering. I have changed pickups a couple of times and the heartache of threading the pickup wires through the cavities and frustration of soldering the pickups and finding out that they don't work can be too much for some. With this, no soldering, just remove the pickguard and replace it and you have a brand new guitar, in under a minute. Just check out the video below.
